Questions about Chemistry Guides 

Will I receive a physical copy of the guides?
Currently the guides are a digital download only, you will receive a digital copy via email after you purchase. 

Will these guides cover what I went over in class? 
The guides cover the most common topics and test questions I’ve seen asked for that specific Chemistry section. Each set of guides show the table of contents and has a free page you can download, so double check that first. 

Do you have any guides on Organic Chemistry?
I don't have any guides for Organic Chemistry but I do have a separate site, Chemmunity, with videos, practice problems, and practice exams.

Oh no! I accidentally entered the wrong email, what do I do? 
Don’t worry, simply email us at hello@melissamaribel.com and we will fix it for you. 

Help! I didn’t receive my order, what do I do? 
Double check your spam/junk folder, if it’s not there then email us at hello@melissamaribel.com and we will fix it for you.

Do you give refunds on the guides?
I do not give refunds on guides since there is no way to un-download them. But if you did not download it and/or purchased the wrong one, email us at  hello@melissamaribel.com.

If a guide is updated, will I have access to the updates?
No, very rarely will I update a guide or a bundle and if I do, it's a significant change. However you can email us about it to discuss your particular situation. 

I accidentally ordered two of the same guides, what do I do?
Please email us at hello@melissamaribel.com so we can sort this out.

Questions about Flashcards

When will my order ship? 
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship. All orders are sent through US Postal Service Priority Mail which typically delivers packages within 3 days depending on your location.

I need to change something on my order, how do I do that?
