Refund policy

Digital Downloads (Notes, Guides, PDF's) and Online Courses

We cannot offer you a refund or exchange on the following items:
Downloadable products such as ebooks, pdf's, notes, courses and guides.

If you are unsure of which set of guides or courses to purchase or if they're right for you, please email me your concerns and class syllabus at hello@melissamaribel.com and I am happy to guide you. 

If you accidentally ordered two of the same products then please contact me at hello@melissamariblel.com and I will issue a refund.

Flashcards

In order to be eligible for a flashcard return, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The flashcards must still be unopened and in the plastic wrap. If you are unsatisfied with your order and are eligible for a return, please contact me at hello@melissamaribel.com.
